Spring and Dirt Under Our Nails

Well it is spring, and with that we have begun seeding in the greenhouse. Late last week we began making soil blocks and seeding them with onions. We’ve already got thousands started (and really, can we ever have enough onions?) Lucretia and Maina are in there working today, so certainly many more will be in soil by the end of the day. It is a great space to take off some layers, get warmed up, and get your hands dirty! Yeah for spring!
