Lucretia’s Garlic Scape Pesto
- Garlic Scapes
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Parmesan Cheese
- Nuts (walnuts, pine nuts, almonds)
- Any other greens on hand
- Chop and blend garlic scapes, salt and pepper, and olive oil.
- Add nuts, cheese, oil, and spices to taste and texture preference.
