Garlic Scape Dressing

chop garlic scapes into 1/4 inch pieces, put into a blender, cuisinart or use a hand blender, add 1 cup olive oil, 3 tbsp. lime juice, salt and pepper to taste.   Blend until comes out creamy.   Add more oil if too thick or more scapes if too thin.

Caleb’s Kimchi Recipe

3 lbs Napa Cabbage

1/4 cup Kosher salt

6 tbsp. sugar

24 cloves garlic (you can use less)

1-3 tbsp. minced garlic

1 cup grated carrot

3 shallots roughly chopped

1/2 cup soy sauce

    Hi Lucretia! I just was in a Board meeting at school with Lynne E. and she has to go out of town tomorrow. I will take our share again this week, and pick up at the farm, as I’m only going in for the morning tomorrow. Espy will get the next two weeks.
