1/3 lb. Spinach

5lbs. Yukon Gold Potatoes

In your farm share this week you’ll find rhubarb sauce that we cooked and canned this summer;  we love it on yogurt, with granola, or stuffed into crepes for breakfast.   I also use it like apple or cranberry sauce with poultry or pork, and will have it at our Thanksgiving table.  You’ll also find 2 bars of our coconut oil soap which is gentle enough to use as facial soap or shampoo.  We infused the coconut oil in calendula, and added essential oils.  The dried bread can be used for your holiday stuffing or as croutons on a salad.
